TravelEyes2â„¢ is an amazing GPS vehicle tracking device used for monitoring the travel activities of private vehicles, and as an aid in keeping travel records for tax purposes. It is the ultimate in private GPS vehicle tracking, featuring the same GPS satellite technology developed and used by the US Department of Defense.
TravelEyes2â„¢ receiver is smaller than a deck of cards. It's small size (2" wide x 3.38" long x .98" high) and it's light weight (2.8 oz.) make it ideal for concealing inside any vehicle.

It gathers and stores GPS (Global Positioning System) satellite signals, showing the exact location visited by the vehicle, how long it was there, speeds en route and the time the vehicle left each location.

Instead of filling out paperwork, you have more time to focus on business--or family. TravelEyes also has a trip planning feature for fast and accurate travel directions and map routes. Additionally, when plugged into a laptop, it becomes an onboard navigation device in real time, displaying the planned destination routes and current location. The software installs on a PC or laptop within minutes and the TravelEyes2â„¢ device is equally easy to use. Simply plug it into the vehicle's cigarette lighter, lay the antenna on the dashboard and drive.
- Upon your return, or after up to 50 hours of driving time, download the data onto your computer to receive an instant report for tax records or mileage billing and reimbursement. Instead of filling out paperwork, you have more time to focus on business or family. Business travel can be simplified with fast and accurate travel directions from the TravelEyes2â„¢ trip planning feature. Supply the destination address, zipcode and city info and the system will draw the route on a map, highlight it and provide directions you can print out before you leave your office or home.
The TravelEyes2™ device automatically records the vehicle’s location every 10 to 20 seconds-- your preference--allowing up to 50 hours of travel time. The collection rate can be set for 10 or 20 second intervals. At 10 seconds you have 25 hours of travel time. At 20 seconds you have 50 hours of travel time.
The location coordinates are later pinpointed on a map which shows the exact travel route, time and duration of stops, and speed of vehicle. You can mark locations for your bank, office, home, CPA, or even schools and doctor's offices to track other types of tax deductible miles or financial data. You can set a "Target Area Deviation" to include all stops within a certain diameter of the marked latitude and longitude coordinate.
For instance, if you park on the other side of a building, or if you had to park further down the street from a jobsite or client’s office than the coordinates you entered, your stop could still be included in the target area. The TravelEyes2™ device can be carried from city to city, then downloaded when you return to your office or home, providing one report for the whole trip. In addition, you can plug TravelEyes2™ into your laptop to provide real time GPS navigation to see exactly where you are and where you are going. No more missed meetings from a wrong turn.
